From blogger dashboard, goto Layout>Template>Page Elements . Look for the page element that says 'Blog Archive' and click edit at the bottom. At the pop-up window, just change the Title to anything you want, I named it 'Archive'. Take note, if your title is 'Archive' the page element will be named the same too.
