Stayed over at my parents place for awhile, and I kept hearing a woman calling out different names every evening. This woman would go round the neighbourhood yelling 'Boy!' 'Man!' 'Izah!' and other names. No, she wasn't calling out for her son or daughter.
Now here's where the weirdness starts. According to my mum, this woman lives alone with a house full of cats, maybe not that 'lonely' afterall. She's got dozens of cats in her house, and when they don't come back in the evening that's when the whole neighbourhood will hear her yelling. A neighbour said that every cat has a unique name.
With a bit of twist, I'd say this story got a place in the Twilight Zone series.
